What kind of a year has it been for the DMA in 2009?Robert Keitch was promoted to chief of Membership & Brand in June 2009. His new appointment means that he now serves as the public 'face' of the DMA; manages its relationship with its members, directs thought leadership initiatives; drives the creation of new industry-facing products and services; and leads an enhanced programme of government and industry-stakeholder engagement.
The DMA is Europe's largest and most influential professional body to serve the direct marketing industry. Through its unique services and initiatives, the DMA promotes the business interests of its members and drives the growth of the direct marketing industry.
